Career Summary
Mr. Pankey is President and CEO of Grubb & Ellis|Centennial and has served in that capacity since the merger of Centennial Inc. and Fulton Armstrong Associates, Inc. in 1993. Centennial is the largest commercial real estate services company in middle Tennessee. The company manages approximately 2,000,000 square feet of commercial property. In 1998, Centennial Inc. handled sale and leasing transactions valued at over $150 million. During the past eighteen years, Darwin has been responsible for the leasing and management of over 4.3 million square feet of commercial property, which includes downtown high-rise office buildings, suburban office buildings, business parks and warehouses. These are located on approximately 20 different sites and are owned by insurance companies, pension funds and real estate development companies.
