George L. Cooper is a commercial real estate broker who focuses on investment sales and represents both landlord and tenant interests within the office field. Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis/Centennial, George spent six years in public accounting, where he worked with clients from various industries. George excels in working closely with clients of all facets, obtaining a clear and concise understanding of their needs and devising a plan to accomplish their goals.

Through his experience in public accounting, he has the ability to work with landlord and tenant clients, assisting them in minimizing their tax exposure through tools such as 1031 exchanges and ensuring that their income statements and balance sheets match each client’s individual needs and goals.
