Career Summary
Joseph T. Valenti joined Grubb & Ellis|Centennial, Inc. in 2003 after two years as a Management Trainee with Consolidated Electrical Distributors. Having worked for a real estate broker in college doing clerical work, the transition into the brokerage business was a natural.

Currently representing nearly one million square feet of retail space as a Landlord representative, Joseph has also represented clients such as TCBY, Buffalo Wild Wings, The Mutual Fund Store, Dollar General, Ink Stop, Sonic, Dollar Tree, Hand and Stone Massage Spa, Rite Aid, Olive Garden, Office Max, Citifinancial, Mariner Finance, Woodhouse Day Spa and several others in a Tenant representation role. Joseph has also carved out a niche in the land acquisition market for developers on a large and small scale such as Newton Oldacre McDonald, LLC, Weston Companies, and (n) Site Development. Having been involved in retail businesses since the age of 10, Joseph has a unique understanding of customer thinking and buying patterns which assists in his ability to place Tenants with the right location. Being a native Nashvillian, Joseph has an in depth understanding of all of the various markets and demographics in Davidson County and the entire State of Tennessee.
