Melinda has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience with emphasis in all aspects of day-to-day property management, and has served in leasing and renewing of tenants for office, office/showroom and retail facilities.

Experience
1980 - Present: Grubb & Ellis|Centennial - Commercial Property Manager
Currently responsible for over 450,000 square feet of office space and retail centers with duties including tenant relations, maintenance supervision, contract management, bidding and construction management of tenant improvements and capital projects, monitoring of accounts receivable and accounts payable, and budgeting and financial reporting for clients as Coro Realty Advisors, South Plaza investments, and several local developers. Other clients have Vanderbilt University, Life of Virginia, Central Parking Corporation and the local Realtor’s Association.
