1985 - Present: Grubb & Ellis|Centennial
Fulton is Chairman of Centennial, Inc. one of the largest commercial real estate services company in middle Tennessee. The company manages approximately 2,000,000 square feet of commercial property. Fulton has over 30 years of experience assisting corporations with their commercial real estate.

2002 – 2004 Grubb & Ellis Company, Executive Vice President Eastern Region
In charge of all operations east of Denver, Colorado.

1975 – 1980 The Tomlin Company, Executive Vice President and General Manager

1984 - 1985 Fulton served as General Manager for the Tomlin Company, Nashville's largest
commercial real estate brokerage during this time period.

1980 – 1984 Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency, Director of Urban Development, City of Nashville.
During Fulton's tenure at MDHA, new development in Nashville increased over 400% to a record level of one billion dollars in 1984. Projects adopted during Fulton's tenure included the Convention Center/ Stouffer Hotel complex, Church Street Centre Retail Center, and the Riverfront Park project
